The Minecraft Global GameRules Mod for 1.19.3, 1.19.2, 1.19.1, 1.19, 1.18.2, 1.18.1, 1.17.1, and 1.16.5 enables global GameRules to be applied when a world is loaded. Allows for default world difficulty when loaded, as well as difficulty locking. When a world's difficulty is locked, it cannot be unlocked again, and it is done after any difficulty modifications. When a locked world is loaded, the difficulty will not be modified. When a world is loaded and saved to the config, any modifications made to the game rules or difficulty are applied to all other worlds.
