This pack makes dropped items lay flat on their sides, similar to the behavior of several 'Item Physics' mods. Because this is merely a simple resource pack reproduction of the mods, items will still float and rotate, and any throwable objects (such as eggs, ender pearls, snowballs, and so on) will remain upright like in vanilla owing to constraints.
